A fractional model means it is me you will be working with, side-by-side, on your premises.

I only take on a finite number of clients (usually 3, at most 5).

Conrad launched eCommerce in New Zealand. It was an incredibly challenging project with a tight timeframe, limited resources and Korean-based developers. Despite the obstacles, we launched on schedule, and eCommerce has grown to become a significant channel.

Conrad joined the YourRide team in 2023, and has played a critical part in the successful launch of YourRide. Our leadership team lacked strong marketing experience, but Conrad arrived and quickly developed and executed a go-to-market (GTM) strategy and then developed a comprehensive Marketing Strategy (B2B, B2C) focusing on building brand awareness and leveraging our existing customer base and partners.
